YOGA

I offer a variety of yoga class styles including Vinyasa, Sculpt, Power Flow, Slow Flow, Restorative Flow, and Restorative. Each class will include light guided breath connection an meditation. Classes will be created your ability and interest.

Vinyasa

A flow class that synchronizes a sequence of asanas with breath to create a fluid practice. 

During this class you will use your breath to find full body connection through each movement while building stability, flexibility and strength. The class will flow at a pace that fits your needs, allowing awareness of breath throughout each asana to guide your practice.  

Sculpt

A low impact fitness class designed to strengthen and tone muscles and improve balance, skills that will all carry over into your yoga practice. The class will use a variety of exercises including body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, blocks and/or other props. Due to the necessary props, this class style can only be held in a studio rental unless you have access to the props needed.

Power Flow

An invigorating, faster paced vinyasa class that is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. Breath is still at the forefront, but the asana sequences are designed to build heat in your body, fostering both physical and mental endurance. Although more intense, this class is still accessible to all levels. 

Slow Flow

A slow paced, inward focused class created to bring calmness to your mind, body and breath. The asana sequence will be centered around intentional movements that align with your breath, using props in many of the postures. Instead of building heat, you will build peace, patience and a deep connection to self. This class can also be offered as a candlelight option. 

Restorative Flow

Duality. The perfect balance of movement and rest. After the body is warmed up with a  slow flow, waking up the spine and preparing it for rest, we will fall into deep and supported restorative postures. 

This class style can also be offered as a candlelight option. 

Restorative

Rest. Recover. Reset.

Restorative yoga utilizes a variety of props in asanas to support comfort, allowing your mind and body to relax. Throughout this class we will hold gentile, passive, supported postures for 3-5 minutes, using props to help you to find deep relaxation and recovery in your mind and body.

This class can also be offered as a candlelight option.

These offerings are priced below with the assumption I will come to your location. Don't have the space? No worries! 

We can work together to rent a space in Summit County. Fee will vary depending on space.

90 min classes

Weekly Privates
  • 60 min class once / week.      4 times / month
  • $140/month
