Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individual Offerings Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full payment is due from the client at time of booking. If the client is unsure of the number of  people, minimum payment is accepted. Cost for additional persons can be added to an event at a later date. 

​

100% refund up to 2 weeks prior to the event.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to the event.

25% refund up to 1 day before the event.

Cancellation within 24 hours is Non-Refundable.

Exceptions to Policy

In the case of a medical emergency (with medical evidence provided), Wildflower Moon Retreats may consider a more flexible refund. This will be at Wildflower Moon Retreat’s discretion and will depend on the specific circumstances.

If the event is canceled by Wildflower Moon Retreats, for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all money paid to Wildflower Moon Retreats. However, Wildflower Moon Retreats is not responsible for any other expenses incurred, such as flights, hotels, props, transportation, etc When possible, Wildflower Moon Retreats will do their best to provide 2 weeks notice of cancellation. When possible, Wildflower Moon Retreats will provide optional dates to reschedule.

Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Half of full payment is due from the client at time of booking. The remaining half of payment is due 4 months prior to retreat. 

​

100% refund up to 6 months prior to retreat

50% refund up to 4 months prior to retreat

25% refund up to 1 month prior to retreat

Cancellation within 1 month of retreat is Non-Refundable.

In the case of a serious medical emergency (with medical evidence provided), we may consider a more flexible refund. This will be at Wildflower Moon Retreat's discretion and will depend on the specific circumstances.

If the retreat is canceled by Wildflower Moon Retreats, for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all money paid to Wildflower Moon Retreats. However, Wildflower Moon Retreats are not responsible for any other expenses incurred, such as flights, hotels, transportation etc.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings.
