welcome
I’m Al.
I am so excited you are here. I have been on a journey of all things good for the soul for a few years now. Through connections with other like-minded souls and nature, you can have experiences that allow you to grow and become more in tune with your true self and the world around you. With Wildflower Moon I hope to provide accessible offerings that do just that.
a little about me
Born and raised in Maryland, I was constantly supported and encouraged by my parents to do what I love. I am so happy to say that at almost 30, I am doing just that and have been most of my life. Currently, I live in Summit County, CO with my favorite person and my favorite dog. We are so grateful to live in a community that respects and cares for this earth and each other. Every day I am reminded of the beauty of nature, constantly in awe of my surroundings. In my spare time I love to read books, occasionally get crafty, and get outside (ideally barefoot in the warmer months). I am a "fair weather" person so if it's pretty gross out you'll find me curled under a blanket reading. I am so loving this journey of learning more about myself as I branch out to share what I love doing with the community. I can't wait to continue growing, loving and learning.

vision
To provide accessible and intentional offerings that connect humans to themselves, community and nature.
background
I completed my 200 hour YTT in February of 2024 at Thrive Yoga Studios in Frisco, CO. Following that course I took a 50 hour hands on assist training in January of 2025 and my Sound Alchemist training with EJ and Emma at Thrive in August of 2025. I am currently studying kids yoga through and online class and plan to dive deeper into the world of breathwork and hopefully begin massage school in the near future.

behind the name
The flower moon is the moon of May. A time where I live called "mud season" where its not snowy enough to ski and not quite dry enough to bike, hike or camp.
A season, for me, full of rest, reflection and internal connection and growth. Just like the moon, we as humans go through phases, each one offering something incredible to ourselves and those around us. Each one with it's own beauty and challenges. Each offering will be crafted and planned around connections, self reflection, and the natural world.
