October New Moon

The October New Moon in Libra will be on Tuesday October 21st at 6:24 am mountain time. A new moon is when the shadowed side is facing earth, appearing dark in the sky. This new moon happens to be the first New Moon since eclipse season, returning back to a more balanced lunar cycle. This new moon brings a month of exploration. You might find yourself looking for balance and harmony in a variety of aspects in life. Take time to explore the relationships you have with yourself and those around you. It's an opportunity to dig deep into your emotions both toward yourself and those in your life. Take the time to understand how you feel, and to gain a new understanding of the dynamics of the relationships you have.  An opportunity to heal any emotional wounds, to find harmony in your emotions and relationships.

  • Asana - A great time to tend to unhealed emotional wounds. Bring some balance poses into your practice, followed by grounded, seated and supine postures to support that emotional healing.
